Record price for 'Christian Brothers' The highest price paid for the television rights of a movie so far was 2.86 crores. That was for Mohanlal starrer T20 paid by Surya TV. Now another Mohanlal film has broken that record and set a new record.
Asianet has bought the television rights of 'Christian Brothers' for a whopping 3.5 crores and this has set a new bench mark in Malayalam satellite television.
It is interesting to note here that both the record breaking films are Mohanlal films directed by Joshy.

Great News but.. But, as you know both these channels are now pay channels and thy have lot of money..
it is sad that such a movie to see on Asianet or Soorya will take atleast 4 hours for Onam , Christmas etc...even after we pay to see the channel..
