After the mega success of ‘Keerthi Chakra' Major Ravi will again call the shots to Mohanlal for the new film 'Kargil'. The movie which tells the actual story behind the spirited success of Kargil war will be shot at the real locales of the hills at Kargil, Mumbai and Delhi. Mohanlal will appear as the same character Mahadevan who is now raised in rank to Colonel. Padmapriya is the heroine of this film which also features Siddhique, Biju Menon, Suraj, Bineesh Kodiyery, Cochin Haneefa and Kannan Pattambi. The film will feature four songs by Siddharth-Gireesh Puthenchery team. ‘Kargil’ planned to get completed in 45 days in a whooping budget of eight crores, will be the biggest budgeted movie in Mollywood. Plans are also on to include a leading Tamil hero in the film, so that the movie can be amicably distributed in Kollywood also. The shoot of 'Kargil' will kick off by the fifth of June and the movie will grace the theatres as a big Onam release.
