Mohanlal's Shikar is preparing for an Onam-Ramzan release.
Directed by Padmakumar the movie is expecting to release in the first weekend of September.
Sharing his experience of the climax scene, Mohanlal tweeted, “My scene in the climax of the film was shot in some of the most dangerous places in caves and the hills of Kodai. It also included a place termed as ‘Devil’s Kitchen’.”
Shikar is an emotional thriller, which was shot at many un-trod upon locations in India where Mohanlal plays a lorry driver Balaraman. The movie deals with an unusual kind of revenge, which is likely to be in the line of Mohanlal’s other classic thriller movies such as Thazhvaaram and Bhramaram.
Actress Ananya plays Mohanlal’s daughter and his wife’s role is played by Sneha.
The other cast of the movie includes Jagathy Sreekumar, Maithili, Kalabhavan Mani, Sadiq, Appa Haja, Lalu Alex, and Suraj Venjaramood. M. Jayachandran has composed music for the film
