Mohanlal to visit Kannur TA barracks later this month to take part in a week-long post-commission training. According to Battalion Commanding Officer Davidson Kolath all arrangements were being made for the actor's visit who has already completed his pre-commission training.
Lal will be given a civic reception at the Jawahar Stadium during his visit. The Territorial Army unit is also planning to conduct a march past to honour Mohanlal.
Last year he has been conferred the title of Lieutenant Colonel of the 122 Infantry Battalion, the Territorial Army (TA) unit stationed in Kannur.
