Mohanlal becomes a Drummer,College Kumaran for Jan 26 In the new film with Renjith, Mohanlal is on to perform another character that he had never been in his career.
In this movie titled Sound of Music Lal will be appearing as a famous Drummer ala Shivamani, who is famous in national circuits. The film which is a musical will start next month and will hit the theatres as a Ramzan release.
The film will be distributed by Marikkar films.
0)Mohanlal's latest film with director Thulasidas titled College Kumaran will be his first release of 2008. Poised to reach the theatres on the republic day, the film will start its shoots by the mid of August, this year. The movie will also present a number of young actresses to cinema as it tells a campus based story. Scripted by Suresh Pothuvaal, the film has a big cast including Balachandramenon, Saikumar, Nedumudi Venu, Innocent, Salimkumar, Suraj, Vijayaraghavan, Kochupreman and Indrans.
The music department of the film will be handled by Shibu Chakrabarthy and Alex Paul.
