While other actors would choose a calm and serene spot for a break after a rather hectic schedule, superstar Mohanlal will be heading to London to watch the biggest sporting spectacle of this year — The Olympics.
Our sources inform that the actor has been undergoing his annual Ayurveda rejuvenation treatment at Peringottu Mana in Thrissur since the beginning of this month. "It's a yearly treatment that he has been taking for the last five years aimed at keeping him young. It slows down the aging process, reinvigorates and makes the skin glow," a source says.
The actor will reportedly finish the treatment on July 10 and head to London to watch the Olympics. "He is expected to be back only by August 5 and will start shooting Major Ravi's 'Karmayodha'," informs the source.
Incidentally, the actor will also shift base to Chennai after returning from London. For the last six months, Mohanlal's been staying in his house in Kochi as the filming of 'Grandmaster', 'Spirit' and 'Run Baby Run' were scheduled in and around Ernakulam. Also, the actor has been spending time shuttling between the sets and the hospital in which his mother has been admitted.
"The plan is to shoot Karmayodha in Mumbai and Ernakulam. However, the actor will be moving back to Chennai where he can spend time with his family," informs the source.
